Create Account
The first thing you will need to do is create and register an account with us on AuctionAlley.Hibid.com. You will need to provide a credit card and basic information to bid on items. This information is securely saved in your account and allows you to bid on all future auctions.
View Auctions
Now you are ready to start viewing the auction. It is important to note that all items sold are "As is" and "Where is", which means, we do not inspect the goods before the auction and your bid is based off the image provided. If there should be a consignment auction, please check the address pick up location, as the locations will be posted within those auctions.
Start Bidding
Its Bidding time so now just choose the auction you want to bid in. All auctions open for bidding every Monday and close Sundays. Don’t forget that when you sign up you can choose your method of notifications so we will let you know if you get outbid. By clicking on an item, you can view all of the details and the current bids. To win an item, you need to place the highest bid. Good Luck.
Pick up
Time to collect your winnings! After the auction, we will email you your receipt with details of all the items you have won. Please remember that all items must be picked up within 10 business days of purchase. Items not claimed will be resold and you will not be refunded. We do not ship, so please plan to arrange for pick up.
